Excellence in Forestry Awards

The Royal Forestry Society has recently launched a new Excellence in
Forestry Award. This is a new and prestigious national competition
supported by the Forestry Commission which will rotate around England, Wales and Northern Ireland on a seven year cycle. In the first year it will run in Yorkshire and north east England. More details can be found at rfs.org.uk

As you will see there are five categories of Award offering
substantial prizes. Entries can be made up to 9th March with judging in May
and the presentation of the Awards at the Great Yorkshire Show in July.
