Farmers and land managers meeting

A meeting for anyone who farms or manages land in the AONB.
Tuesday 25th November, in Hovingham Village Hall; 7.30pm - 8.45pm.

There will be four short presentations:

• NVZs - Karen Stanley, FWAG

• The Farm Resource Efficiency programme (grants for farm energy projects) - Louise Marston, Yorkshire Forward

• Update on agri-environment schemes - Justine Clark, Natural England

• My view of the next 5 years - Patrick Stephenson, independent agronomist and 2007 Farmers Weekly Arable Adviser of the Year

The speakers will then be available to discuss these topics on an informal basis afterwards.
