CREATURE COMFORTS - Monday 27th October
1.30pm to 3.30pm
Discover which creepy crawlies live under logs in the woods and get stuck-in building habitat piles to help woodland wildlife. Enjoy some crafty fun inventing paper-chain caterpillars.
FANTASTIC FUNGI - Tuesday 28th October

Search for fungi in the woods and make a clay toadstool to take home. Learn about creatures that help us to compost and make a wormery to take away with you.
HOWARDIAN HALLOWEEN - Tuesday 28th October
1.30pm to 3.30pm
Help one of the most special creatures of the night, the bat, by making bat boxes that will be put up around Gilling Castle. Also, plenty of Halloween fun including pumpkin carving, apple bobbing and Halloween trees.
Activities aimed at 5-12 year olds: all children must be accompanied by an adult. Take a look at this flier for more details.
