Partnership Working

The AONB Management Plan is delivered via the policies
and actions of many partner organisations, but we also
make use of a number of sources of specialist help and
assistance.

These include:
• contracting the North York Moors
National Park to help deliver our Sustainable
Development Fund
• the Native Woodland Development Officer continues
to work across the National Park and AONB areas
• continuing our active involvement in the CAN DO
partnership, including the HLF-funded
Lime & Ice Project 'Yearsley through the Ages'
• working with Yorkshire Wildlife Trust to
develop the Schools Twinning project, securing HLF
and LEADER funding
